When an incidence arises, the response time is all. That is why our Base Plan includes contract-guaranteed first response times, adapted to the criticality of each situation:

• Critical Incidences — 4 hours: Site fall, inoperative paybridge, errors that completely block sales. Maximum priority, immediate response.
• Normal Incidences — 8-16 hours: Functional errors, visualization problems, failures in integrations that do not block the operation but require urgent solution.
• Dudas y Consultas Funcionales — 8 to 36 hours: Advice on the use of the platform, configurations, recommendations and good practices, with times adapted to the complexity of each consultation.

These commitments are not estimates or good intentions: they are collected in the service contract, because we understand that the tranquility of our customers is built on security rights and measurable.

Not all eCommerce have the same volume of operations or the same support needs. That's why the Base Plan is available at five monthly dedication levels, from 2 to 16 hours a month, so you can calibrate your investment based on the size and complexity of your platform.

Businesses with legacy versions of the platform or with multi-store configurations have available an adapted rate with an increase of 10% on the base price, reflecting the greatest technical complexity required by their maintenance.
