These general conditions regulate the use and commercial transactions made at the Alabaz Web online shop.
General conditions
These general terms of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in the online store alabazweb.com. Any order made necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the General Conditions of Sale in force on the day the corresponding order is carried out.
In addition, the Customer acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will involve the application of these to the request to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent request, except for those cases in which new conditions are put into their knowledge by Alabaz Web. The fact that Alabaz Web does not resort at a time given to any of the present conditions cannot be interpreted nor will it be tantamount to renouncing them in the future or in the past. The interpretation and execution of the conditions shall be subject to Spanish law.
Prices and Forms of Payment
The prices published in the online shop are in Euros and are valid except for typographical error. All prices carry the VAT included applicable on the day of order. Any change in VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products on sale.
The renewal of the license of a module and/or the purchase of a second unit of that same module has a discount of 20% of the original cost for those who have a cost exceeding 60 € (except for dropshipping modules as importers or shipping modules).
When making the order, the customer can freely choose to pay the purchases by: Bank Transfer, PayPal (Recargo 0.35€ + 3.4%), or by credit or debit card via secure virtual TPV.
Intellectual Property and Licenses
Templates and modules for sale in alabazweb.com They can't be resold and only use is authorized in a domain (without the possibility of changing this once discharged) or in localhost to perform tests, and in the same version for which they were acquired and licensed.
The products purchased are for the exclusive use of the person who makes the purchase on your website. Templates and modules can be modified and adapted to the image of the company that bought them, but not resold. When modifications are made in our modules or templates by staff outside Alabaz Web, this product will lose its guarantee.
Guarantee and Responsibilities
Any module license will have one Free support guarantee for 3 months and possibility of downloading updates for one year. After this time, it is the customer's responsibility to keep your product stored.
Alabaz Web is committed to reviewing any problems that the customer may have, provided that access keys are provided by FTP and the management panel, and is in warranty period. Otherwise, Alabaz Web is not committed to solving the problem or refunding the amount.
Alabaz Web is not responsible for the data lost by the customer when an update is made, nor for the loss of data from any version update made in any of our modules in a foreign way, either by the customer or by third parties. We are also not responsible for problems arising from third parties that affect our modules (e.g. Redsys, PayPal, transport companies, etc.).
Returns and Incidences
No returns allowed of products, since it is software and not a tangible product. Once sold, the amount will not be returned under any concept, except for imputable cause to Alabaz Web, in which case we will study the origin of the problem to try to solve it by dedicating to it our maximum capacity, provided that it is within guarantee.
The modules of this store have been tested in the versions indicated in the product tab and it has been proven that they work properly on any PrestaShop with the default theme. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all the functions of your website respect PrestaShop's standards to avoid incompatibility.
