Prepare an order was never so easy

With AwCheckOrder prepare your customers' orders in a quick and easy task. Just access the order in the back office of your PrestaShop and click on the Check Order button

Then a window will open with a Search engine where you can indicate the reference, bar code UPC or code EAN of your product. You can also see the products that include the order:

Once here, you just have to use your gun to read the product code. When the code is verified the product box will be colored Green and the first of the list will be placed (if there are several items on the same order).

When you have the right product, just click on Check and the product will be confirmed showing the color product picture blue And a tick.

Incorrect product... Never again.

What if you're wrong and take another product, another size, another color? Well, nothing happens because the module will tell you that the reference does not correspond to any of the products of the order and that, therefore, the product you have chosen is not the same as your customer has purchased.

Which adds the correct reference, the green order will appear for you to validate:

Modify the stock of products

If you check your products and find out that one of them has a jar and you have to remove it from stock You don't have to look for it in your store catalogue anymore. Just access the AwCheckOrder module and read its reference. You can access directly from the tab Orders  Aw Check. The next window will appear in which you can change the quantity of the product.

When you have restored a unit of your product you will have to click Apply Stock and will be displayed to the right the following window indicating the name of the product, the reference, the amount that there was and the amount that you have subtracted to the stock:

If you now reload the product from the search engine, the quantity that will be shown already updated with the changes you have made:

Besides, when receive a product from your providerYou just have to read the article code with your gun and add to stock the amount you have received, clicking Apply Stock (as in the previous case). You won't even have to access the catalog to do it.

Product combinations

With AwCheckOrder you can perform all these options for a general product or for those with different combinations. That is, it is important to note that if you want to modify the stock of a specific combination or look for a specific color or size product, you need to apply a different reference or code for each of the product options and not a general for everyone.

UPC/EAN/Reference

The module will allow you to identify your product through your reference, bar code UPC or code EAN. This way you can identify any products from your store.
