Why do I need this module?

Many businesses need to receive an advance payment before starting the manufacture of a product, and receive the rest at the time of delivery. With this module you can do so by demanding a payment in advance by bank transfer, and request the rest of the payment at the time of the order.

All the features of the module:

Bank account transfer

In order for the customer to make the transfers, you must configure the module from the Back Office by entering the details on the bank account in which the income will be made: account owner, bank account number (you can use bank account data, IBAN code, BIC...), bank agency address

Amount of advance payment

Then determine the first payment, which the customer will pay at the time of the purchase, in percentages (% on the total order). To end, determine the second payment, which the customer will pay before shipment or receipt of the product, also in percentages.

When the customer has selected the product, you can see in the order summary:

-The total order amount

-The amount of the initial payment you must pay when confirming the purchase

-The amount of the remaining payment to be paid at the time of delivery of the product.

-Amount accepted for payment by bank transfer.

100% control of order

After confirming the order, the module automatically sends an email indicating to the customer the account data in which you will have to pay the advance payment (according to the % indicated by the store administrator in the module configuration)

Once the first payment has been received, the order state passes to "First fractional payment made" in the Back Office. Once your product is ready to be shipped or has been shipped (depending on your conditions) you will only have to change to the order status to "Second payment (realized or sent)" so that your customer receives an e-mail again telling him to make the second transfer.

In the administration of your orders you can indicate the payments already made by your customers and the date.
