In electronic commerce, customer confidence is the most valuable asset that exists. And that trust is built to a large extent on the certainty that your personal data, your payment methods and your purchase information are protected at all times.

A single security incident—a data leak, a ransomware attack, a malicious code injected at checkout—can destroy in hours the reputation you've taken years to build.

The Module 02: Advanced Security It exists so that that scenario never materializes. Not as a reactive response to attacks, but as a permanent and proactive shield that keeps your platform under constant surveillance, identifying and neutralizing threats before they can cause any damage.

A proactive, non-reactive approach

The vast majority of eCommerce security problems are not produced suddenly and visibly. They are the result of vulnerabilities that have been undetected for weeks or months, of outdated modules with known gaps, of incorrect configurations of the server or of unauthorized accesses that operate silently. By the time the damage becomes evident, it's too late.

Our security model starts from a different premise: The best way to manage an attack is to prevent it from happening. Therefore, the Advanced Security Module is based on three fundamental pillars of continuous protection:

• Vulnerability Monitoring: We perform a permanent analysis of the security status of your platform, reviewing the third-party modules and extensions code, server settings and any potential attack vector.
• Detection of anomalies (EDR): Endpoints Detection and Response Systems monitor the server's behavior in real time. Any unusual activity activates automatic alerts for an immediate response.
• Audits and Scans Newspapers: We conduct scheduled audits that include exhaustive antivirus scans, review of access logs and verification of compliance with best practices in eCommerce.

Standard Compliance and Data Protection

Beyond external attacks, security implies compliance with existing regulations. The Advanced Safety Module contributes to keeping your platform aligned with the requirements of GDPR and standard PCI DSS for the processing of payment card data, reducing the risk of sanctions and strengthening user confidence.

Included for Customers with Base Plan and Continuous Evolution Module

This module is available as an independent service. However, for customers who have contracted simultaneously Base plan and Continuous Evolution Module 01, Advanced Security is included free as part of the ecosystem of services.
